2. Code of Conduct
RenoMark(™) RENOVATOR WILL -
- Be a member in good standing of the Canadian Home Buiders’ Association – Calgary Region.
- Abide by the Canadian Home Builders’ Association – Calgary Region Code of Ethics.
- Provide clients with a detailed, written contract/scope of work for all jobs.
- Offer a minimum two (2) year warranty on all work (exludes minor home repairs and items covered by manufacturers warranty).
- Carry a minimum of $2million liability insurance.
- Have Worker’s Compensation Board (“WCB”) coverage where required and/or work only with subcontractors who have WCB coverage.
- Carry all applicable licenses as required.
- Maintain a professional level of knowledge of current building codes, permit procedures, safety acts and technical skill through continuing education via attending a minimum of four (4) Canadian Home Builders’ Association – Calgary Region breakfast sessions per year.
- Maintain a safe and organized worksite.
- Return phone calls within two (2) business days.
